Traffic Cameras

This example demonstrates how to properly set up event handling for traffic cameras layer. When mouse hovers over a camera icon, the tool tip shows. When mouse clicks on a camera, a popup shows with camera name, short deception and traffic image. When mouse clicks on a cluster, the map will zoom to the extent of the cluster. Built-in event handler functions do not show multiple camera images or automatically update a camera image periodically.
