Traffic Incidents

This example demonstrates how to properly set up event handling for traffic incident popups, in addition to altering popup content. This example also demonstrates how you can style the incidents dynamically using a styleMap on the layer. Specifically the incidents are now sized according to zoom level allowing for a much lower minimum zoom level without sacrificing the visual aesthetics of the layer.
