Cluster By Attribute

This example demonstrates how to cluster by using a feature attribute and a rule. The vectors in this example represent truck stops in NJ. These vectors will only be clustered if they are located on the same highway, and are in southern New Jersey(a latitude less than or equal to 40.5).
